In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 Minimum Age. The minimum age to register and use the q9999 platform is twenty-one (21) years. Multiple registrations by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
2.4 Registration Accuracy. Members must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration. This includes full legal name as it appears on the Member's CNIC, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and accurate payment method details. Any material misrepresentation in registration information may result in account termination and forfeiture of associated balances.
2.5 Geographic Eligibility. The q9999 platform is operated for and made available to Pakistani members. Members are responsible for determining whether their access to q9999 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. q9999 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside Pakistan.
Important: Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering a q9999 account. Any account found to have been created by an underage individual will be immediately suspended and all funds held on the account will be returned to the original payment method after verification, less any bonus funds which shall be forfeited in full.
3.1 Account Security. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their q9999 login credentials, including their username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes associated with their account. q9999 strongly recommends enabling 2FA via the account security settings accessible through the q9999 Login portal.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. 3.3 Account Non-Transferability. q9999 accounts are strictly personal to the registered Member and may not be transferred, sold, rented, pledged, or otherwise made available to any third party. Members may not permit any other person to access or use their q9999 account on their behalf.
3.4 Account Updates. Members must keep their registered personal and payment details current and accurate. Changes to mobile number, email address, or payment methods must be updated through the q9999 account settings and may require re-verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. q9999 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital Banking, and Meezan Bank. q9999 may introduce or remove payment methods from time to time, and the current list of available deposit options is displayed within the q9999 cashier section.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at q9999 is PKR 500, unless a specific promotional offer states a different minimum. q9999 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to Members.
4.3 Own Funds Only. Members must only deposit funds from payment accounts held in their own name. q9999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered in the Member's own name will be reversed and the Member's account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.4 Deposit Limits. Members may set personal deposit limits within their q9999 account settings as part of the platform's responsible gaming tools. q9999 also reserves the right to apply internal deposit limits at its discretion.
Note on Deposit Processing: q9999 does not charge Members a fee for standard deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank. 5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. A Member may submit a withdrawal request provided that: (a) their q9999 account is fully verified through the KYC process; (b) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the Member's available Real Money Funds balance; (c) all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds have been fully satisfied; and (d) the Member's account is not under any suspension, restriction, or investigation.
5.2 KYC Requirements. 5.4 Withdrawal to Original Method. q9999 requires that withdrawal funds be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. 6.1 Bonus Terms. 11.4 Third-Party Services. q9999 accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, or for delays, errors, or losses arising from third-party payment processing systems over which q9999 has no direct control.
12.1 Data Collection. q9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members during registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and platform use. This includes CNIC details, contact information, payment method data, and gaming activity records.
12.2 Purpose of Processing.
